May 23, 2014—DocsCorp, a global leader in document productivity software for document management professionals, announced today that the full versions of pdfDocs 4 and compareDocs 4 will be part of the Worldox Productivity Suite announced at the ALA Conference in Toronto.
The Worldox Productivity Suite consists of a series of tools designed to dramatically increase productivity and efficiency for Worldox Users in small law firms. The Worldox Productivity Suite will be marketed to Worldox sites with less than 25 seats.
DocsCorp’s new look modern interface
compareDocs 4 and pdfDocs 4 have been completely redesigned with a MS Office 2010/13 look and feel, including Backstage view and Ribbon menus. The modern user interface reduces complexity and clutter, allowing the user to focus on the task at hand. This also reduces training requirements as it works like most of the standard applications on a user’s desktop. Both products now include OCR capabilities to convert PDFs to Word format, or to compare scanned PDFs.
