The 2015 ILTA/InsideLegal Technology Purchasing Survey has been published and once again, DocsCorp has been recognized for providing exceptional customer service to the legal community. The survey was produced by ILTA and InsideLegal, and covered questions about factors that influence legal technology purchasing decisions, the type of technology purchases the firm has made, budgeting influences, mobile trends, IT challenges and more.
The survey was distributed to 1,282 ILTA member law firms and 63% of the respondents were C-Level or Director-Level executives. Our commitment to providing local, global support to our customers clearly resonated with the survey respondents.
