What markets do DocsCorp target?
In short all companies would benefit from having a copy of pdfDocs. Businesses need to communicate with their clients on a daily basis. Distributing unsecured electronic documents can be risky.
Organizations of all sizes that generate and distribute large amounts of documents (accountants, financial institutes, legal firms and governments) need to ensure that electronic documents are secure and cannot be tampered with or modified in any way.
pdfDocs software enables these organizations to distribute electronic documents in a format that is safe, secure and universal.

 
    Does DocsCorp work with any particular document management providers?
pdfDocs integrates with the world’s leading document management systems – Hummingbird, Interwoven, TRIM and Worldox.

   
   

Who provides the support for the customer and the partner?
DocsCorp provides its clients and its partners with a number of support options:
Online support is available 24x7 through our Knowledgebase. Installation and technical manuals can be downloaded to assist with installation and technical inquiries.
A series of flash tutorials showing clients and partners how to get the most out of the software are available for online viewing or as downloads.
Clients and partners can also request support from DocsCorp by telephone or by email.

   
   

Do you sell direct?
DocsCorp sells its products through a global network of partners. DocsCorp does not sell directly to the client.
The DocsCorp sales team will work closely with partners to advise them, run webinars or online meetings and to assist in the sales process.

   
    Do partners have assigned geographies or territories?
DocsCorp does not assign territories to its partners. DocsCorp partners already have an established business with their own territories and client base.
   
   

How does DocsCorp support partners in terms of marketing, leads, training?
DocsCorp provides clients with an extensive array of marketing material – brochures, product datasheets, flash demos, competitive product comparison sheets, press releases and pricing schedules – to help you market and promote the DocsCorp range of products.
The DocsCorp sales team works closely with partners to advise them of leads and to assist them in the sales process.
As part of the DocsCorp Partner Induction program, each partner will receive on-going training to ensure that they know how to use the pdfDocs range of products so that they can provide on the ground support to their clients. Product awareness is also critical so that partners understand how the DocsCorp pdfDocs Solutions Suite is different from other solutions.
