Press Release
CMS Cameron McKenna LLP goes with the pdfDocs Solutions Suite
Sydney, Australia – London, UK – 30 September, 2009

DocsCorp, a global leader in integrated document management and workflow solutions, today announced that CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, a leading European law firm with offices in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, have selected the pdfDocs Solutions Suite and Metadata Assistant to manage their business-critical documents. CMS Cameron McKenna LLP had previously been a Workshare site.

"The migration to the pdfDocs Solutions Suite is part of a much larger Desktop Refresh project, which involves a transformation of our core document production infrastructure," says Donna Gildea, Head of IT at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP. "As part of the project, we took the opportunity to evaluate and test PDF creation and editing, metadata management and document comparison technologies."

"We were pleased with the way in which the pdfDocs Solutions Suite of products integrated into our business-critical applications. The right-mouse integration into Autonomy iManage makes it easy to create and manage PDF documents directly from iManager. Collating and combining documents and profiling them back into the document management system is just as easy," continued Gildea.

"For document comparison, we ran side-by-side tests against another product and we were very impressed with the range of comparison options available and with the accuracy of the results. Again integration into the document management system was seamless, requiring no special connectors or plug-ins," concluded Gildea.

"The adoption of the pdfDocs solution by CMS Cameron McKenna LLP underscores the quality of the product and the fact that there is now a credible alternative to Adobe and Workshare," says DocsCorp President of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy David Woolstencroft. "The pdfDocs Solutions Suite is a natural for the legal market and I look forward to working with CMS Cameron to further develop our range of pdfDocs products to enhance and support legal workflow," concluded Woolstencroft.

The pdfDocs Solutions Suite

The pdfDocs Solutions Suite is designed specifically for law firms and for legal workflow. It integrates into core business applications (MS Office), processes and systems (Autonomy iManage WorkSite, NetDocuments, Open Text eDOCS DM and DOCS Open, Worldox) to deliver higher levels of efficiency, productivity and security for law firms at a cost that is significantly less than any other solution.
