DocsCorp, a global leader in integrated PDF management and workflow solutions, announces Hill Dickinson and Foot Anstey as new clients.

International, awarding-winning law firm, Hill Dickinson, will roll out the entire pdfDocs Solutions Suite of products (pdfDocs Desktop, compareDocs, Binder, OCR Server, formFiller, Metadata Assistant) to all its offices (1800 seats) as part of a complete desktop refresh at the firm.

The refresh will see the installation of Autonomy iManage as the document management system. The pdfDocs Solution Suite integrates with Autonomy iManage (including the latest version 8.5) to enable law firms to work with and manage business-critical documents more efficiently and more securely. Out-of-the-box integration provides Autonomy iManage 8.5 users with PDF creation, editing, annotation, redaction, file splitting, bates numbering and stamping, OCR, form creation and editing as well as Matter Bible capability.

Foot Anstey, one of the largest legal firms in Devon, Somerset and Cornwall will deploy compareDocs (100 seats) to assist it with its document comparison and review processes.

The easy-to-use compareDocs interface lets users compare anything to anything (Word to Word, PDF to PDF, Word to PDF). Once the changes have been identified, compareDocs outputs the detected changes directly into a new document. With Word to Word comparisons, for example, the new document becomes your next version of the compared documents – a live working Word document. compareDocs integrates with Foot Anstey’s Office Practice from Andrew Simmans.
