DocsCorp, a global leader in content and information management and workflow, announced today that the company has been recognized by the ILTA membership for its exceptional customer service.
The customer service results were published in the ILTA Technology Purchasing Survey and released at the ILTA Conference in Las Vegas this week. DocsCorp ranked fifth after CDW, Autonomy, Dell and MindSHIFT. Other companies that were recognized were ADERANT, Advanced Productivity Software (APS), Cisco, eSentio Technologies, LexisNexis and Open Text.
