pdfDocs Solutions Suite: the Wright choice

Seamless integration into Interwoven WorkSite

pdfDocs provides law firms direct integration into document management systems right out the box -- no special connectors or plug-ins are required. The result is a seamless, integrated workflow that delivers significant efficiency and productivity gains.

For example, users simply right-click on a document in Interwoven to create a PDF as a new document, a new version or as a related document. Within Microsoft Word, they can save the current document directly into the client matter as a PDF. Or, combine external documents into a single, collated document, which can then be profiled into Interwoven directly from pdfDocs Desktop.

The right tools for legal workflow

In terms of PDF creation and management, all staff can create industry-standard PDF documents with drag-and-drop ease; combine documents from different applications into a single, secure PDF; edit, mark up, redact sensitive information and automatically split PDFs based on size or page number for e-Filing. MS Office attachments can be automatically (or user prompted) converted to PDF for additional security. Bates numbers can also be added to documents as well as information such as DOC ID, author and version from Interwoven.

The pdfDocs Binder technology automates the process of creating CD Bibles or Court Bundles, complete with interactive table of contents, bookmarks and links. Users can create templates to reduce workload and increase productivity.
