DocsCorp, a global leader in integrated document management and workflow solutions, today announced that it will release version 3.1 of its flagship PDF content management and workflow solution — pdfDocs Desktop — at LegalTech NY 2010.

This release focuses on helping law firms manage and publish their business-critical documents more efficiently through enhanced workflow and increased interoperability between pdfDocs Desktop and core business applications (MS Office) and document management systems (Autonomy iManage WorkSite, MS SharePoint, NetDocuments, Open Text eDOCS DM, and Worldox).

• Create server-level Closing Book templates and cover pages
• Create multiple Closing Books
• Import entire matter folders from a document management system or MS SharePoint into the Closing Book, maintaining matter folder structure
• Generate a Table of Contents, Bookmarks and Links to all documents in the Closing Book automatically
• Check documents in the Closing Book for latest version in the document management system. Automatically update the Closing Book with the new versions in the document management system

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION
