The pdfDocs Process Server
administrator sets up triggers that initiate a process when
a document or series of documents for example are sent or
saved to a network folder, document management system, network
printer or pdfDocs. |

Create PDF wih processing
rules
Once the process has been initiated, the document(s) is
converted to PDF and undergoes a series of enhancement
similar to all or some of the following:
- Combine
documents into a single, secure PDF document
- Add watermarks
to the document
- Apply page numbering
- Apply bates stamping

Final PDF document
output
When the document has been processed based on the pre-defined
rules, it can be output to any number of locations.
- Document management system
- Email location
- Forward to next workflow step
- Load to FTP or web location
