Capture and export data from your PDF form
Data contained within the form can be exported as a data
file, which can then be archived or imported into another
PDF form.
- Data can be exported as a Forms Data Format (FDF) file
or as XFDF
- Forms Data Format (FDF) and XFDF files can
be imported into a form saving you having to type in
data

Save PDF form options into Interwoven WorkSite
Data in the form can be saved “as is” or “flattened” to
ensure that the data is always associated with the form.
Forms that are flattened cannot be changed or edited in any
way.
