pdfDocs Desktop is an affordable, integrated PDF solution that gives every NetDocuments user the ability to create and manage PDF documents inside and outside the NetDocuments environment.

• Load documents from NetDocuments into the pdfDocs Organizer to be combined with other documents

The unique pdfDocs Desktop Organizer workspace lets NetDocuments users assemble single pages, documents or multiple sets of documents while they work on them.

Users can combine, mark-up, add stationery, watermarks, digital signatures, redact text and split PDF documents for easy electronic filing.

A powerful new Binder feature enables users to collate PDF and non-PDF documents into a single or multi-document collection, complete with a table of contents, cross-document bookmarks, links and indexes.

The final document or collection can be Bates stamped with just a few mouse clicks.
