The pdfDocs productivity suite integration with Objective empowers corporations and government organizations to manage the exchange of business-critical documents more efficiently, more securely.

Productivity and efficiency
Integrated content authoring - integration with Objective enables users to combine multiple document types into a single, unified PDF document with headers/footers, stationery and watermarks, which can be created inside or outside the Objective environment and saved as a new document or new version of an existing document.

Publish content - publish documents related to a case to a single PDF, complete with a table of contents, cover page, cross-document links, bookmarks and indexes to help the reader locate information quickly and easily. Easily sort documents within the case using a number of different criteria including chronology.

Document and revision control
Enhanced version control - eliminate confusion and improve version control. Compare two versions of the same document for differences irrespective of document type. Produce a Comparison Report to highlight the changes between the versions, which can be saved into Objective.

Document security management
Content security - secure documents by encrypting documents to restrict printing, copying, or altering.

Redaction - permanently redact confidential information from the document

Extended metadata management - cleanse documents of metadata to prevent data leakage of sensitive information. Digitally sign PDF documents to validate document authenticity and integrity.

Regulatory compliance
PDF/A - Comply with ISO standards for creating PDF documents, including PDF/A for archiving. PDF/A is a standard format that ensures that documents will be accessible in the future. Create PDF/A compliant documents directly from Objective.
