Renewing your License
If you have purchased our software on an ‘Annual Subscription’ basis, you are required to renew the software every 12 months. Your subscription includes full access to the product plus technical support and upgrades.
 
 
The process for Renewing is as follows:
1. DocsCorp will email the Renewal Information along with Tax Invoice to your nominated email address approximately 1 month prior to the renewal date.
2. Payment can be made via credit card, direct deposit or cheque. Please note: there is currently no facility to pay for renewals via our website.
3. Once payment is received and processed, you will be emailed with the renewed license details and update instructions within 48 hours.
