A PDF editor made for law firms
Different departments within a law firm all need different features in a PDF editor. At Gentry, Locke, Rakes & Moore, its State Planning and Commercial groups needed an electronic PDF binder function, while Litigation had to have a proper redaction tool. The result? The firm ended up using a combination of PDF editors to get documents out the door and in the hands of clients.
Relying on multiple applications can eat up precious time since lawyers are continually switching between PDF editors depending on the task. Plus, it's more products to maintain and support - and more opportunity for things to go wrong. Gentry, Locke, Rakes & Moore made the switch to pdfDocs because it was full of the features that the whole firm needed.
