Knowing this will help you going into a demo, product session or even a general chat with the right vendor, ensuring you don't lose time spent with a vendor that doesn't have what you need.
Study the schedule
With more than 250 sessions packed into the four-day event, you’re going to need to be tough with your time. Reach out to vendors you want to speak with and tee up times for one-on-one conversations or demonstrations.

At ILTACON you have three ways to see how your chosen product works – attend a general session run by the vendor in their demo room, stop by their booth for a chat, or request a one-on-one demonstration tailored to your specific workflows.
Trial before you buy
So, you’ve found the right product at ILTACON, and you’re sitting back at your desk. What next? Many vendors – including us – offer a free trial period so that you can put the product through its paces. Talk to the vendor about first running a pilot program with a small group if you’re going to be rolling out the product to many users.
