As a company, we take the health risks and the potential disruption to our staff and clients from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously. We have assembled a team within the business to monitor the situation continuously and to stay up to date on guidelines and advice issued by local government and health authorities in countries where DocsCorp has offices. We have a strong Business Continuity Plan in place, which has now been revised to address COVID-19 specifically.
We are taking precautionary and preventive steps to protect the health and well-being of our staff to ensure no disruption to our client services. These steps include:
No air travel
For the foreseeable future, our teams won’t be traveling by air either domestically or internationally. They will be contacting any person with a scheduled meeting to arrange to have that meeting via phone or web. Staff members who have returned or will soon return from overseas travel will be self-quarantining according to local government policies.
We are reviewing our presence at several industry events and tradeshows, and for now, will only have a presence if it does not require air travel by staff. This may change if we believe there is any risk to staff.
Following advice from the respective governments, all our offices are now closed and staff are working from home.
We are fortunate that all our staff can work from home for an extended period, should the need arise, so that we can guarantee continuity of service for our clients. At all times we are recommending that our global teams follow the health guidelines issued by their own country, as these can vary.
Critical support for clients
